India Fest Cultural Registration Form Guidelines
- To register $5 entry fee for each participant.
- Duration of the performance must not exceed 4 minutes. For children up to 4yrs to 8yrs. not more than 3 minutes.
- Minimum Group size for performance is 6 participants. One participant in one item only.
- For children up to 4yrs to 8yrs, minimum 8-10 participants preferred.
- NO financial help/compensation will be provided to participant(s)
- All the performers must check in 1 hour prior to your time at the cultural registration desk.
- Please have your team check in with Green room Desk 30 minutes prior to program time.
- Entries should be submitted by Jan 7th.
